The Look Created by Simoun Andres for TADHANA 2025
Last October 17, 2025, Simoun Andres played a big part in the bridal showcase as The Manila Hotel and the country’s premier bridal magazine, Wedding Essentials presented TADHANA at the Tent City of The Manila Hotel, a tribute to the beauty of the Philippine weddings and celebrations.
On its 10th year, TADHANA is a spectacular and grand gathering of designers, stylsts , which serve as an inspiration and influence to budding designers and artists.
From Local Acclaim to the International Stage
From the Philippines to the runways of New York, Paris, and Milan, Simoun Andres is a designer charting a compelling journey in the world of high fashion. Known for the sophisticated taste that blends timeless elegance with a modern sensibility, Andres is quickly making a name for himself in international fashion circles.
Simoun Andres, who hails from Pasig, Philippines, began his professional life in a different sphere, working with his godmother Ramily Santillan at SaiRam Collections, creating versatile and functional clothing line to address the diverse needs and occasions of clients. Building a substantial amount of following, SaiRam Collections also offered a wide range of reasonably-priced yet fashionable ensembles, gowns which definitely caught the attention of the bigger clout and media.
In fact, Andres was awarded the title “Natatanging Pasigueño” for his exceptional dedication as a fashion designer, building his reputation more within the community. The brand has also been celebrated in magazines and online newsletters with the likes of MEGA Magazine, Wedding Essentials magazine, RARE Magazine and Bride Breakfast, just to name a few.
An Epitome of Pride and Talent
He stepped up during the Philippine Independence Day celebration in June 2023 where he showcased his creation in Manhattan, New York parade. It was a proud moment seeing his exquisite Filipiniana gowns and Barong Tagalog highlighted in a heritage moment.
A series of accolades and feats engraved Andres’s career more during his debut on a European fashion stage at his participation in Paris Fashion Week in March 2024. Entitled “Blossoms in Noir,” it drew inspiration from a “noir aesthetic,” weaving together a tapestry of emotions and artistry. This 15-piece collection focused on a palette of “black and red”, with a focus on formals and semi-formals. And just recently, Milan Fashion Week in February 2025 Milan, Italy, showcasing his Autumn-Winter collection.
