Kadiwa at Angeles City Hall earns ₱63K in 2 days

The third month of “Kadiwa ni Kita at Ani” at the Angeles City Hall earned P63,650 – the highest earnings since its establishment – within two days.

Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. expressed his thanks to all who showed their support to the two-day Kadiwa, and promises to continue supporting local farmers.

“We will continue extending our hands to our Kadiwa merchants, in order to uplift their livelihood and help their families,” Lazatin said.

“Dito po sa Angeles City, may espasyo palagi at mahal natin ang ating mga farmers at local merchants,” Lazatin added. “Maraming salamat po sa inyong patuloy na pagtangkilik.”

Mayor Lazatin said that the city government through the Angeles City Economic Development Investment and Promotions Office headed by Irish Bonus-Llego, under the supervision of Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, will host the Kadiwa kiosks monthly at the City Hall compound, via schedule.

The next Kadiwa at the City Hall will be in August.

The Kadiwa was launched by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. through the Department of Agriculture to ensure the availability and affordability of food in areas with high demand and in communities with low-income families.
