
The Angeles City Government turned over P1-million cash subsidy to the officials of Kuliat Foundation Inc. for the daily operations and long-term maintenance of the Museo Ning Angeles.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. was joined by Secretary to the Mayor Rafael Lazatin Angeles, and City College of Angeles President Dr. Frankie Villanueva during the turnover of cash subsidy on March 20, 2025.

Kuliat Foundation Inc. has been the proponent non-government organization that handles the daily operation of the Museo Ning Angeles.

Lazatin said the city is lucky to have organizations like KFI, a non-stock non-profit organization, whose aim is “to preserve the history, culture, and traditions of Angeles City through the development and promotion of historical, cultural, educational, environmental, social, and economic plans, programs, and projects for the Angeleños and future generations.”

Meanwhile, Mayor Lazatin also handed over a separate financial support of P10,000 to the KFI officials for their 2nd Lenten Exhibit.
Present during the turnover of cash subsidy, and financial support are KFI President Lincoln Baluyut, Adviser Carmen McTavish, Secretary Jing Torno, Treasurer Cecile Lazatin, Board of Trustees Jonathan Tiglao, Elsa Mirasol, Jericho De Guzman, Rhoda Salazar, and Tito Lazatin Angeles.
