ANGELES CITY — Official candidates of the Mutya Ning Angeles 2023 had their first orientation on September 14, 2023 at the Prime City Hotel for the upcoming prestigious pageant on Nov. 30, 2023.
The pageant, which is one of the programs set by Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. for the celebration of the Fiestang Kuliat 2023, is co-presented by the Beautéderm Corporation.
Nineteen candidates from the city’s barangays are among the official candidates of MNA 2023, according to Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel, also the Chairperson of the MNA 2023 organizing committee.
The Angeleña ladies are as follows — Angelica Casandra M. Santos (Agapito Del Rosario), Ehjewon Apuya (Anunas), Glaiza V. Solis (Balibago),Kathleen Joy A. Rivera (Capaya), Genica Mae J. Cruz (Cutcut), Carla Keith S. Canlas (Lourdes Northwest), Yvonne Denise David (Lourdes Sur), Rachelle Marie H. Memije (Malabanias), Macy Venus G. Gerola (Malabanias), Elle Chantei T. Mendoza (Mining), Glennice Turla (Ninoy Aquino), Zyline Joy Zapanta (Pampang), Micaella Shane V. Cuenco (Pandan), Aegie B. Dichoso (Pulung Cacutud), Glezette D. Garcia (San jose), Frankie Samantha A. Hicban (Sta. Teresita), Cherry Tiffany P. Calaguas (Sta. Trinidad), Jeremy Nicole B. Aquino (Tabun), and Angel Faith M. Hinaut (Tabun).
Manuel expressed her appreciation to the Beautéderm Corporation led by President and Chief Executive Officer Rei Anicoche-Tan for giving her all-out support to the city government’s priority programs as well as to the skin care of the 19 official candidates.
“This is the fourth time that the Beautéderm assisted us in our endeavor to celebrate not just the beauty of Angeleños in-and-out but more of the Angeleño values,” Manuel said.
“Maraming salamat din po sa Prime City Hotel, led by Ms. Luchie Lozano, for accommodating us, serving as one of our sponsors,” Manuel added.
City Tourism Officer Anneleen Antonio-Sugui further said that the ladies had their body and shoe measurements for their official couture and shoes made by Bong Gonzales.
Also with Manuel and Antonio-Sugui during the orientation are Chief Adviser IC Calaguas; Angeles City Economic Development Investment Promotions Officer Irish Bonus-Llego; and the MNA Team including Frederick Policarpio, Rosette Biag, Rommel Guina, and Marlon Tuazon.
ACTO Consultant Cecille Flores-Sanchez, Marna Dagumboy-Del Rosario, and Gerome Esguerra are also part of the MNA team.
