Meet Dexter Santos Valenton, the very first Aeta from Floridablanca town who passed the Criminology board exam, according to records provided by Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Elizabeth Baybayan.
Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda congratulated Dexter, who is also one of the successful scholars of the provincial government of Pampanga.
Dexter had also been provided free board and lodging near Celtech College where he graduated last July 2022.
