Gov. Dennis “Delta” Pineda issues Executive Order N. 17-D-21, Calibrating Executive Order No. 17-2021 titled Reiterating Strict Compliance with Health and Safety Protocols due to the Delta Variants of COVID-19 and other Related Purposes.
Section 2. Entry and Stay of Non-Residents. – In lieu of the Antigen or Rt-PCR test showing negative result required under Section 2 of EO No. 17, non-residents may also be allowed to enter and stay in the province if they are fully vaccinated, shw no COVID-19 sysmptoms, and able to present a COVID-19 vaccination card duly issued by a legitimate vaccinating establishment/ authority whether local or foreign: Provided, that they shall comply with all Minimum Public Health Standards during their stay in the province.
