Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo lauded the hyper-realistic artworks of Mabalaqueño visual artist Robin Dizon who hails from Barangay Camachiles.
Mayor Garbo and Dizon personally met through a courtesy call held on Friday, March 18, 2022 at the Office of the City Mayor.
