Through the efforts of City Public Employment Services Office (CPESO) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), 600 beneficiary-students of Mabalacat City received P4,200 each under the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) on October 29, 2021.
Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo led the dole-out of the checks. To date, a total of 1,200 students have already benefited from the program.
