Precast segments are already under construction for the elevated viaducts of PNR Clark Phase 2 from Malolos to Clark International Airport, according to Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade.
Some 18,064 precast segments will be built and connected to complete the viaduct. This is where the rails of passenger wagons or railways will be placed, according to the Secretary. (DOTR Photos)
