Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo brings not only material blessings but also spiritual grace to the bedridden citizens of the city. Visiting the sick, and praying for them, have been integral in the Garbo mayorship which he considers less a political post than “a calling” to serve God and man.
Joining him in the rounds of visitation is Vice Mayor Gerald Aquino and the members of the city’s social assistance program team.
