CAMP OLIVAS — Police Regional Office 3 director PBGen Jean S. Fajardo led a Command Conference with the Pampanga Police Provincial Office at the PRO3 Multi-Purpose Building, Camp Olivas in the City of San Fernando.
Present during the conference were the command group and staff of both PRO3 and Pampanga Police Provincial Office along with Chiefs of Police, Force Commanders, and representatives from various support units.

In his presentation, PPO director PCol Jay Dimaandal highlighted the operational and administrative accomplishments of Pampanga PPO, as well as the peace and order situation in the province since he assumed office on June 12, 2024.

As part of the activity, PBGen Fajardo conferred medals to deserving Pampanga PPO personnel in recognition of their exemplary service and dedication to duty.
During the conference, PBGen Fajardo shared valuable insights, emphasizing the principle of “shared responsibility” in ensuring peace and order across the province.

“I expect more from Pampanga PPO not only because I once served as the Chief of Police in San Fernando and later as the Provincial Director, but also because our headquarters, Police Regional Office 3, is located here – making Pampanga the show window of our police force,” she stated.

She further challenged the Chiefs of Police to make their “sphere of influence” count, especially in the upcoming 2025 Midterm Elections, underscoring the significant role of the police force in safeguarding the electoral process.
“If you want to build your legacy, this is your time to shine. The police organization plays a crucial role in every election, and you, as Chiefs of Police, have a big responsibility to ensure the integrity and security of the electoral process,” she added.

PBGen Fajardo also stressed the importance of strategic troop deployment, urging police officers to maximize the efficiency of their personnel by studying crime patterns in their areas of responsibility.

“If you have 10 personnel, make their efficiency double by deploying them at the right time and place, because crime is peculiar in every locality,” she emphasized.

PBGen Fajardo is the first female Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 and a former Provincial Director of Pampanga PPO, making her an inspiration to many in the police service.
