TMC Clark partners with Mabalacat City LGU to strengthen community healthcare

The Medical City Clark (TMC Clark) has formalized a partnership with the City Government of Mabalacat on December 16 through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) that aims to enhance the delivery of medical services to its constituents.

With this partnership, TMC Clark will provide free consultations, medical assessments, and access to pre-determined service case discounts for eligible patients in selected communities within Mabalacat City.

The initiative aims to bring essential healthcare services closer to residents while supporting the training and development of future medical specialists.

The MOA was signed by City Mayor Gerald Guttrie P. Aquino and TMC Clark Hospital Director Earline D. Borlongan, in the presence of Mabalacat City Administrator Geraldine G. Bernardino and TMC Clark Medical Director Charmie D. Arribe, MD.

Mayor Aquino thanked TMC Clark for the partnership and expressed his support for the hospital’s causes.

“Thank you for trusting us with this MOA signing. Rest assured that we will always be here to support your cause in promoting healthcare. With your operations and your help, we can do so much more,” the mayor shared during the event.

Borlongan also emphasized the importance of the partnership in fulfilling a broader mission for Philippine healthcare.

“I believe that the impact of this collaboration goes beyond a program. It strongly aligns with The Medical City’s commitment to providing accessible healthcare,” she said.

Community Adoption Service Case under the Residency Training Programs

Through its Community Adoption Service Case initiative, Resident Physicians from Internal Medicine, Surgery, Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Pediatrics at TMC Clark will provide medical services to Mabalacat residents in various communities around the city, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for all ages.

Beyond clinical services, TMC Clark actively supports community wellness through health education activities, including talks on proper breastfeeding, family planning, and other essential health topics.

By having medical professionals as resource speakers and assigning Resident Physicians for community-based rotations, the program strengthens preventive care, promotes health awareness, and fosters lasting partnerships that empower communities to lead healthier lives.

Through its partnership with the government, TMC Clark seeks to advance The Medical City brand’s vision of delivering world-class, quality healthcare to every Filipino.
