Victims to contemplate on settlement from ‘smoking man’ in Clark resto

The man in a viral video — showing him hurling invectives at a restaurant staff — had allegedly reached out for a possible settlement, but the victims are reportedly still thinking about accepting the offer.

The video, showing him enraged for being asked to stop smoking inside the Pan and Tree Restaurant, now has 114K views, 1.3K comments and 2.5K shares as of this writing.

In the video, the man identified as Engr. Renato Mendiola also claimed he is a businessman inside the Clark Freeport.

According to the Clark Development Corporation Public Safety Department, Mendiola sought assistance to reach out to the victims for a settlement and to persuade them to delete the video.

However, the victims stated that they would think about it and consult each other for their final decision.

Pampanga News Now reached out to Director Nicolette Henson on the matter, which she said is now under investigation.
