TARLAC – Governor Susan Yap and Congressman Christian Yap led the distribution of 20 brand new patient transportation vehicles to 20 barangays in Victoria town recently.
The distribution was held at the town’s municipal grounds.
In her speech, Gov. Yap said that the vehicles are intended to enhance the speed and efficiency of responses to health concerns in the town of Victoria.
“Ang 20 patient transportation vehicles sa Bayan ng Victoria ay para po mas mapabilis at mapadali ang mga health concerns ng ating mga Kababayan sa Bayan ng Victoria,” Gov. Yap said.
Congressman Yap, on the other hand, assured everyone that he will continue to prioritize “Kalusugan Muna”, one of the five pillars of Serbisyong MaYap, to ensure the health and safety of the Tarlaqueños.
“Congratulations po sa ating lahat, Ipagpapatuloy po natin na unahin ang ‘KalusuganMuna’ para sa ikabubuti ng ating kababayan,” Cong. Yap said.
Mayor Rex Agustin, for his part, expressed his gratitude to the governor and the congressman who both promised to continue supporting the Local Government’s programs for a more prosperous Victoria.
“Ako po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa PGT sa pangunguna ni Gov. Susan at Cong. Christian. Patuloy po nating susuportahan ang programa ng Lokal na Pamahalaan para sa isang maunlad na Victoria,” Villa Agustin said.
Also present during the distribution of vehicles were, Board Member Harmes Sembrano, Mayor Estilita Aquino, Vice Mayor Tani Guiam, and City Councilor Vlad Rodriguez, SB members and barangay officials. (PIO)
