MABALACAT CITY – Westchester Realty Corp. (WRC) has given away a brand new car to one of its homeowners, while a sales agent received P150,000, during its Grand Christmas raffle draw held Dec. 22, 2021 at the clubhouse of Xevera Mabalacat.
“Marami po tayo dapat ipasalamat sa Panginoon for another successful year ng Xevera. Itong tagumpay ng Westechester, maraming nagtulong-tulong. Kasama kayong lahat doon. Kung wala po sa inyo, wala tayong tagumpay,” RGV Group of Companies Chairman Rodolfo G. Valencia said during the ceremonies.
Receiving a brand new Geely SUV is homeowner Erlin Joy Reyes, while her agent Carlos G. Juan was awarded P150,000.
“The year 2021 was very challenging, not only for us, but the entire nation and even the whole world due to the pandemic… As your WRC president, I promise this 2022, together, we will create more jobs and rehabilitate more houses for the Filipino family,” John Nico P. Valencia, President of WRC said.
The younger Valencia also mentioned the after only 18 months of operation, WRC was awarded by Pag-IBIG Fund as the number 1 developer in Region 3.
