As the holiday season approaches, Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc. (YTPI) began its holiday outreach with a heartfelt visit to three homes for the elderly last September 26, 2025.

In line with the celebration of Grandparents’ Day, YTPI reached out to Bale Lugud Home for the Elderly in Brgy. Santan, Mexico; Bahay Pag-ibig in Telabastagan, City of San Fernando; and Bale Pusu in Sta. Teresita, Angeles City, bringing not just donations, but also warmth, care, and companionship to the senior citizens residing there.

The Public Relations and Community Service Relations (PR and CSR) Team, led by Geraldine Bautista, Department Manager for Corporate Planning and Business Operations, together with Eden Mago, Section Manager for Public Relations and General Service, personally distributed essential items such as rice, biscuits, canned goods, milk, and adult diapers.

YTPI’s health care provider, East West Health Care, also extended support by donating medical supplies and medicines. In all, the outreach benefited 64 elderly residents, receiving comfort and care while being reminded that they are not forgotten.

This activity is part of YTPI’s ongoing commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, showing the company’s dedication not only to business growth but also to the well-being of its surrounding communities. As the year continues, YTPI looks forward to more initiatives that will spread kindness, hope, and meaningful connections.
