Motorsiklo Xklusibo will take riders for a gathering at the Clark Freeport with “Avance sa Kinse” on Aug. 25, with 12 mototcycles – including two 400cc bikes – up for grabs in the raffle draw.
Edwin Go, who heads the pool of organizers, said Avance sa Kinse seeks to unite the riding community and serve as a reunion of sorts.
Attendance and participation from exhibitors and sponsors in this year’s event is expected to increase, what with the success of last year’s “Katorse na Norte” which was also held at the Clark Freeport.
Go, host of the radio program Motorsiklo Xklusibo, immediately laid the plan for this year’s event and took the challenge to outdo Katorse sa Norte.
The president of the Motorcycle Dealers of the Philippines also said they aspire to fill the Clark Parade Grounds with a mass of riders, traders and brands for a show of brand experience.
“The event is free for everyone. You just have to show up,” Go said.
He added that participants have a chance to spin a roleta and win prizes – no strings attached.
“They just have to fall in line and win items provided by the sponsors, including helmets and other gear,” Go said.
To join the raffle, meanwhile, participants only need to purchase any variant of Shell Advance Oil from the venue.
“But when your name is called, you have to be there. No face, no prize,” Go said.
Riders also have an opportunity to purchase goods at discounted prices – from 20 to 50 percent.
“We’re planning to hold this event in Clark until its 20th year,” Go said.
