CAMP OLIVAS — Regional Highway Patrol 3 chief Col. Roldan Luna on Saturday reported the arrest of two car thieves in Nueva Ecija.
Luna said personnel of Nueva Ecija Provincial Highway Patrol Team led by Maj. Lester Safra in separate incidents served warrants of arrest on John John Mana, of Brgy. Barrera, Cabanatuan City, for violation of R.A 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 issued by Hon. Eleanor Teodora Marbas Vizcarra, presiding judge of Regional Trial Court Branch 89 of Cabanatuan City.
Meanwhile, Aurelia Minato, of Purok 2, Brgy. San Francisco, Llanera, Nueva Ecija, was arrested by virtue of a warrant of arrest for violation of R.A 10883 or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 issued by Hon. Marinel O. Agudo-Santos, presiding judge of Regional Trial court Branch 23 of Cabanatuan City.
Luna commended his men for the operations.
