CAMP OLIVAS – One of Pampanga’s notorious car thieves was arrested in Lubao, according to police.
Pampanga police acting director Col. Alvin Consolacion identified the suspect as Joel de Guzman alias Joel Mendoza, 36, of Bgy. San Roque, Dau 1st, Lubao, and listed as No. 7 most wanted person in the province.
He was nabbed by elements of the Lubao police based on a warrant issued by the court for violation of RA 10883 or carnapping.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said: “We will continuously launch operations to account and arrest all persons sought by law to rid our communities of lawless elements. One criminal off the street accords our citizens a sound sleep.”
