Pampanga Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda ushered several quarry trucks with new hauling permits as they entered the NLEX. The 1st 200 permits were issued to quarry truckers that are compliant with the 33-metric ton weight allowed by the NLEX. (Marna Del Rosario)
