The Pampanga police are still investigating the identity of a woman found dead last Saturday along a road in Bacolor town.
The incident was reported to the police by Mark Gutierrez, 42, a resident of Zone 3 Sukol, Bgy. Sta. Ines, Bacolor.
Police officers led by Lt. Ancelito Felicisimo went to the area and saw a woman’s body in handcuffs with an illuminati tattoo on her back.
Police flashed an alarm for the possible identity of the victim.
