The Angeles City Youth Development Office was awarded as one of the Outstanding Local Youth Development Offices during the 4th Philippine Sangguniang Kabataan Awards in Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City on June 12, 2023.
This is the first time that the said award-giving body gave due recognition to local youth development offices.
Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. expressed delight over the award, as the city government will continue to provide impactful results that will lead to inspiring positive change for the interest of the youth.
Dulinayan said the the ACYDO, headed by Joffre Joel Dulinayan II, will continue to strengthen its programs that will aid the youth in bringing more impact and positive initiatives to the community.
Meanwhile, Dulinayan also expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all those who played a part in making the ACYDO one of the most outstanding local youth development offices in the country.
Joining Dulinayan during the awarding ceremony are Youth Development Coordinators Ron Jacob Guevarra, Anamae Dacaymat, and Eric Dela Cruz.
