GUAGUA, Pampanga — Three termer 2nd District Board Member Tonton Torres filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) for this town’s mayoralty post at the Municipal Comelec here.
Torres was personally accompanied by Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Board Members Fritzie Olga Dizon, Cherry Manalo, Benny Jocson and Nelson Calara during the filling of his COC.
Prior to his filling, Torres along with the Tulong Tulong Tayo slate, attended a Mass at Betis Church with families, friends and supporters.
