Bulacan police has new OIC

CAMP GENERAL ALEJO S SANTOS – Colonel Relly Arnedo assumed his post as the new officer-in-charge of the Bulacan police, following the ceremonial turnover rites at the Bulacan Provincial Headquarters here on Wednesday led by PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen.

Arnedo, former chief of  the PRO1 Regional Investigation Detection and Management Division, replaced Col. Charlie Cabradilla, who served as the acting  director of Bulacan police for five months.

The new Bulacan police vowed to carry out his new responsibilities with dedication and empathy, stressing that the Bulacan PNP force will continue to step up its campaign against illegal drugs and terrorism, as well as other criminal activities to preserve peace and order in the province.

He said he will be steadfast in implementing “internal cleansing” and will not condone “bad apples” among his men.

Arnedo vowed to take a stern stance in anti-crime initiatives while strengthening his support to PNP chief Gen. Azurin’s  peace and security framework dubbed “MKK=K” Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran  supplemented by “KASIMBAYANAN (Kapulisan, Simbahan, at Pamayanan) Program.”
