Central Luzon’s 3 most wanted ‘rapists’ fall

CAMP OLIVAS – Central Luzon’s three most wanted fugitives – all with cases of rape – were arrested by police in separate manhunt operations in the region.

In a report to PRO3 director brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay, suspect Jan Adams Rios, the top 5 most wanted and resident of Bgy. Roosevelt, Dinalupihan, Bataan, was arrested by operatives of CIDG PFU Bataan, PIT Zambales, RIU 3 Dinalupihan MPS, CIU Olongapo CPO, 1st PMFC Bataan PPO, PIU Bataan, Regional Headquarters Maritime Unit 3, RIDMB, RID PRO3 and the Bataan MARPSTA in Sitio Iram, Bgy. Cabalan, Olongapo City based on warrant for rape.

Members of Mabalacat City police, Angeles RIU-3 and 302nd MC RMFB-3 Polar base conducted a manhunt in Bgy. Camachiles, Mabalacat City, Pampanga, which resulted to the arrest of Leode Celeste of Bgy., Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, a most wanted person in Pampanga for rape.

Meanwhile, suspect Roland Sagad, most wanted in Floridablanca, Pampanga and resident of Bgy. Mabical, was arrested by joint elements of Floridablanca police, PIT Pampanga RIU3, and Naval Intelligence Security Unit-Northern Luzon (NISG-NL), for rape and Violation of R.A. 7610.

“The Central Luzon police force together with other police units continue its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars and maximize its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” said Baccay.
