CAMP OLIVAS – Some 17 most wanted persons were arrested during a three-day manhunt operation in Central Luzon.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay said from March 14 to 16, a region-wide manhunt operation arrested fugitives with standing warrants for rape and drugs.
In Pampanga, six law offenders were caught, identified as Paul Francis Dizon, 31, for carnapping; Philip Mendiola, 32, for statutory rape and five counts of child abuse; Roland Valencia, 40, for gun ban violation and slight physical injuries; Joselito Domingo Samson, 47, for violations of RA 8353; Melbin Gonzales, 20, for carnapping; and Anthony Bautista, 37, for drugs.
Nueva Ecija cops apprehended four felons identified as Michael Galvez, 48, for drugs; Ruel Daligdig, 38, for rape; Alvin John Javier, 33, for drugs, and Jeric Garcia, 27, for Rape.
Three wanted men were caught by the Tarlac police namely John Paul Macalisang, 24, for qualified theft; Lizel Bautista, 28, for slight physical injuries; and Cesar Malgana, 38, for qualified theft.
Other most wanted persons who were arrested were Lebert Orense, 38, for qualified theft; Alvin Sampang, 44, for acts of lascivious; Rose Ann Dalindin, 30, for perjury; and Reynier Aquina, 23, for robbery.
“I commend the operating teams for their continuous commitment to account and arrest these wanted persons so that they could face prosecution and be made answerable for their crimes so that we could give justice to their victims, Baccay said.
