DPWH completes school building in Floridablanca

GUAGUA, Pampanga — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) completed a one-story, three-classroom building at Caritas Elementary School in barangay San Jose, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

DPWH Pampanga 2nd District Engineer Gregorio Audea Jr. said the P4.8-million project, funded under the 2023 General Appropriation Act, also includes the construction of a toilet, complete with plumbing and electrical works.

“Ensuring that schools are accessible and constructed to be comfortable and conducive to students’ learning is a way for us to foster a brighter future for the country and society in general,” Audea added.

Consequently, the school will now be able to provide the necessary classrooms to accommodate the increasing student population.

It can likewise create a more conducive learning environment for its students, and deliver quality and accessible education.
