CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — In commemoration of the martyrdom of the late Supreme Court Justice Jose Abad Santos, officials of the DPWH- 1st Engineering District Office led Saturday’s wreath laying at the monument of the Kapampangan hero at the JASA intersection in this City.
District Engineer Almer C. Miranda and OIC-Assistant District Engineer Alfie G. Lejarde of the Department of Public Works and Highways – Pampanga 1st District Engineering Office joined the observance of the 80th death anniversary of the World War II hero.
DE Miranda and OIC-ADE Lejarde were joined at the celebration by Chief Administrative Officer Marciana A. Del Rosario, Planning and Design Chief Arlette C. Guzman, Construction Chief Danny P.
