CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Former President and House Speaker Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has filed her certificate of candidacy for the position of Pampanga 2nd District representative.
Arroyo, who will be seeking anew the congressional position in her hometown’s district, filed her COC through her legal counsel Atty. Paul Magalang.
The second district towns of Pampanga comprise Lubao, Floridablanca, Sasmuan, Guagua, Sta.Rita and Porac.
