MABALACAT CITY — The city government under the leadership of Mayor Crisostomo “Cris” Garbo turned over four rescue ambulances to villages as part of its program to ensure the efficient delivery of basic services in the grassroots level.
Barangays Sto. Rosario, Duquit, Tabun and Cacutud each recieved one unit of brand-new vehicle.
No less than Mayor Garbo led the turn-over of the vehicles to the barangay officials on February 22.It was held the at city hall compound.
“The said ambulances will intensify the delivery of emergency care services of the city, especially to expedite the transport of patients to medical facilities,” said the city information office in a statement.
It can be recalled that Garbo had turned over brand-new service vehicles not just to the city but in other places as well.
