CAMP FRANCISCO S MACABULOS, Tarlac City – Tarlac police on Wednesday reported the arrest of three members of a gun-for-hide group operating in Tarlac and Pampanga provinces.
Concepcion police chief Lt. Col. Reynold Macabitas said his men conducted a buy-bust in Bgy. Talimundouc, San Miguel, Concepcion, Tarlac resulting to the apprehension of gun-for-hire gang leader Randy Ponce and his two cohorts.
The three suspects were in the act of selling a .45 Norinco 1911 to a police officer.
Seized from them were the P5,000 marked money, three hand grenades, the .45 Norinco 1911 with a magazine loaded with four live bullets, one .45 Armscor with magazine loaded with three live bullets.
All the suspects are now detained at the Concepcion jail.
