The hotel’s Executive Chef Robert Davis masterfully puts together an Easter lunch buffet selection of Olive’s signature favorites including Australian Wagyu Rump Roast, Lechon and Sustainably-sourced Seafood prepared a la minute to the guest’s liking, among others.
Olive will also highlight flavors inspired by both East and West among its interactive kitchen stations. As an added treat, diners get to enjoy colorful Easter-themed mocktails special prepared by the hotel’s mixologists.
Kids and kids-at-heart are also in for a special treat with afternoon kiddie games and activities such as “DIY Easter Egg Cookie,” and Balloon animal making. The little ones are also encouraged to come in their favorite Kiddie costumes for an egg-rockin’ good time.
“Egg-chanting Easter at Olive” price starts at Php2,400 for adults and Php1,200 for children 6 to 12 years of age.
