Mabalacat City issues reminder on firecracker use

The Mabalacat City government would like to remind the public about existing City Ordinance No. 64, Series of 2017, which regulates the sale, distribution, and use of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices within the city.

In accordance with this ordinance, the following key points must be observed:

⚠️ Only licensed and authorized vendors are permitted to sell firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices within designated areas approved by the local government.
⚠️ The use of firecrackers and other pyrotechnic devices is restricted to designated community fireworks display areas, which are established and monitored by the LGU as well as the Bureau of Fire Protection of Mabalacat.
⚠️ Individual, personal, or household use of firecrackers of any kind is discouraged within residential areas to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

The implementation of this ordinance is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of everyone during the New Year’s Eve celebration and beyond.
