MABALACAT CITY – A young lady from this city has emerged as No. 8 in the recent licensure exams for nurses given by the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC).
Allysa Andrea B. Corpuz, of Barangay Dapdap this city, scored 89.6 percent in the said exams given last month. The results were posted last December 2 by the PRC.
Allysa graduated Batch Valedictorian and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Sto. Tomas this year. She is the second child of Roberto and Shey Corpuz, both government employees.
Last year, their first born Alessandra finished Summa Cum Laude in BS Psychology from the same university.
“You have grown so beautifully; from a bashful elementary student who cried when dropped off at school, to a college graduate that delivered the address of thanks on her graduation ceremony-without shedding a single teardrop. Kidding aside, we have witnessed your hard work and dedication for learning,” her mother Shey posted in her FB account.
“We are so proud of all your
accomplishments, and we know that you’ll continue to do great things in the future! Most of all, we are proudest of the young woman you have become. We love you,” she added.
