Angeles City Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. has adopted the slate of Rep. Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II (1st Dist.-Pampanga) who is expected to run for Angeles City mayor.
This is in line with the coalition of the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), Lakas-CMD, Nationalist Peoples Coalition (NPC), Nacionalista Party, and the National Unity Party.
Mayor Lazatin, an original member of PFP since 2019 and PFP chairman in Pampanga’s First Congressional District, also adopted the whole line-up led by incumbents Vice Mayor Vicky Vega, Councilors Arvin Suller, JC Parker-Aguas, Marino Bañola, Alexander Indiongco, Raco Del Rosario, Edgardo Pamintuan Jr., Michelle Bonifacio, and Crisanto Cortez. Both Ron Pineda and Alfred Sangil are also seeking a seat at the Angeles City Council.
The Kambilan Party of Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda will also support the Lazatin brothers.

The Lazatin brothers are still favored to win in Angeles City and Pampanga’s 1st Congressional District given their sterling performance in public service.
Pogi Lazatin, who is currently serving his second term as Angeles City Mayor, is known for frequently going on ‘house-to-house’ visits in all barangays of Angeles City to personally deliver social services, including free inoculations and vitamins for children, and free medicines and social pension for senior citizens.
