Del Rosario said Miriam College Alviera will rise on a 10-hectare property inside the township, with modern building architecture, smart classrooms, and open green spaces thoughtfully and creatively designed to complement each of its program offerings.

The school’s programs include Kinder, Grades 1 to 4, Certificate in Digital Animation, Bachelor of Design in Creative Industries, BS Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching with Specialization in 21st Century Learning.

MC Alviera’s basic to higher education programs, officials said, are anchored on the region’s innate creativity, innovation, and love for design.

“We are ready to guide young boys and girls every step of their learning journey, giving them steady wings to soar until they are confident enough to stand on their own and build careers in the creative field,” according to its website https://www.mc.edu.ph/alviera.

MC Alviera is a continuation of the partnership between Miriam College and Ayala Land Inc. that started in 2011 resulting in MC Nuvali, a strategic collaboration that brought quality education to new communities.

Now seven years in operation, the MCN Basic Education Unit has a growing population of 661 Grade School and High School students, who enjoy the wholesome school ambiance of Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna with the quality education Miriam College is known for.

That same synergetic partnership is moving forward towards the development of the new MC campus in Alviera. Set within a dynamic industrial and business zone, MC Alviera will feature programs and services especially geared to its distinctive and progressive environment.

Another set of program offerings is expected to be presented to the Board of Trustees that will bring together an academic program for Phase One that highlights creativity and innovation in their curricular and pedagogical approaches.

In preparation for the rise of MC Alviera, a marketing and communications program will soon be underway. Its primary focus will be to raise awareness around Pampanga region about Miriam College and what our educational programs will be like. The program will actively engage with the business and commercial sector to establish familiarity on what we offer and lay the ground for future collaborations.

MC Alviera brings a new dimension to the Miriam College educational experience. It will be a platform for heightened and direct engagement with the larger community, giving novel opportunities to contribute to its social and economic growth.

Alviera, a 1,800-hectare estate, is a joint project of Ayala Land Inc. and Leonio Land Holdings Inc. It is envisioned to become the growth center of Central Luzon.

It integrates commercial, business, industrial parks, university zones, retail centers, a country club, recreational places, and residential areas in four main districts.

Upon full development, Alviera is expected to create a community of 20,000 offices and industrial workers, 65,000 residents, and 20,000 students.
