Bale Pusu is the brainchild of Mayor Lazatin, prioritizing the safety and welfare of Angeleños and individuals living in Angeles and ensuring that no one will stay out in the cold streets of the city.
The city-run home for the female homeless elderly was inaugurated on September 2021, a flagship program of Mayor Lazatin supervised by Chief Adviser IC Calaguas and Executive Assistant IV Reina Manuel.
Last month, Mayor Lazatin facilitated the return of Bale Pusu ward Elizabeth Girao to her family in Aklan.
