Arnel Berato led Saturday’s groundbreaking of the SVD Dambana ng Buhay site development plan consisting of the 160-feet Shrine of the Risen Christ, Station of The Cross, Chruch of the Resurrection, Garden of The Risen Christ and The Formation and Renewal Center Facilities, all located in Babo Pangulo, Porac, Pampanga.
