Mayor Crisostomo Garbo and Board Member Winwin Garbo lead Mabalacat City officials in honoring the city’s artists as they stage an art exhibit at the old municipal hall.
Titled “Mabalacat of Memory”, the exhibit features 59 art pieces by 19 local artists which will run from February 27, 2023 to March 3, 2023. It is part of the on-going Balacat Festival.
Also present during the opening program are City Vice Mayor Geld Aquino, Councilors, Rox Pena, Noel Castro and Jerry Magsino. They were joined by City Administrator Frank Madlangbayan, City Legal Officer Atty. Francis Dimaliwat, Arts and Culture Consultant Alex Castro.
Art works include paintings of the old poblacion and municipio, vintage houses and street scenes, Letras Y Piguras, and many others that were created by veteran and budding artists.
