Mayor Crisostomo Garbo has officiated the civil wedding of 25 couples on Nov. 3, 2022 at Jade Hall, Xevera, Tabun, Mabalacat City.
Garbo also reminded the Mabalaquenian couples to keep their communication open and always put God at the center of their marriage.
