Valmocina relays DILG’s commitment for the bamboo industry during the quarterly meeting of the Pampanga Provincial Bamboo Industry Development Council at Lubao Bamboo Hub and Eco Park in Sta. Catalina, Lubao town. Valmocina said all barangays will be required to plant bamboo and a DILG monitoring team will be created for the bamboo development initiative.
