The MCG Central Pharmacy provides free quality medicines to bonafide residents of Mabalacat City. Just bring the following requirements:
1. Updated and correct medical prescription with Date, Patients name, Doctor’s name, signature and license number (original and photocopy)
2. Original latest Barangay Certificate of Indigency (issued within the last 30 days)
3. Voter’s/Comelec ID of the client/beneficiary OR any primary gov’t issued id (original and photocopy)
4. Medical certificate if available
The pharmacy is located at Lot Only, Xevera, beside Jade hall
