Former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo takes her oath as the newly elected 2nd District Representative of the province of Pampanga this afternoon.
Gracing the simple rites were newly proclaimed Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio and Vice Governor Lilia Pineda.
