Floridablanca Mayor Darwin Manalansan has filed his certificate of candidacy for his last re-election bid as mayor, along with Vice Mayor Michael Galang for the 2nd top post in this town. Also filling their COCs for councilors are Jojo Vitug, Mark M. Mendoza, Emmanuel Tolentino, Jun Lingad, Joe Rey Montemayor, Jacob Fajardo, Lloyd Darren Manalansan, and Jesus Nanquil.
