Marikina City re-elected Mayor Marcy R. Teodoro is proclaimed winner with 183,878 votes against his political rival Bayani Fernando who got 40,149 votes. Meanwhile, Teodoro’s better half Congresswoman-elect Maan Teodoro was proclaimed winner in the 1st District of Marikina with 68,572 votes against opponent the late Doc Cadiz with 24,584 votes. All candidates of Team Marcy from Mayor, Congresswoman, Vice Mayor and Councilors in the 1st and 2nd district won.
