Tiger Sugar, the original brown sugar bubble tea, is now at the SM City Clark Sky Line. Cutting the ribbon with owners Michael and Fides Hsu are Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda and Rep. Dong Gonzales. With them are the couple’s other family members Fernando Co, Nelly Co and Eddie Co.
