Stated in the agreement is the establishment of a consultative process between the SBFCC and FPACC in providing exchange of information that will help promote SBFCC to FPACC members and affiliates throughout the United States and its network of business contacts. Through this process the implementing agencies intent to create programs that will encourage trade activities. Furthermore, the SBFCC and FPACC intend to lay the foundation for further discussions to improve cooperation and enhance transparency of regulations on the Trade Activities by establishing points of contact between the two organizations that will create and disseminate relevant information, engage in roundtable discussions and other activities. SBFCC and FPACC will encourage the possibility of engaging in one or more mutually beneficial business relationships, the agreement stated. The MOA aims to establish a consultative process between the SBFCC and FPACC in providing exchange of information that will help promote both parties’ members and affiliates throughout the United States and its network of business contacts.
