Mabalacat City Mayor Crisostomo Garbo joins the information and technology staff of the Mabalacat City Government who are deployed on field today (October 4, 2021) at SM City Clark for the Ceremonial Launch of VaxCertPH led by the Philippine Inter-Agency Task Force against COVID-19. The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has tapped the city’s Management Information System to demonstrate the VaxCertPH, a service platform for LGUs that will produce credible and verifiable digital vaccine certification for inoculated Filipinos.
