Novotel Manila Araneta City, the first Novotel brand of Accor in the Philippines, was named as the Best in Food & Beverage (F&B) at the Accor Asia Awards 2023 held in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The event brought together nearly 380 General Managers from Asia along with key leaders from Accor’s global teams in the Middle East & Africa and Asia-Pacific, sharing valuable insights, fostering discussions on enhancing guest experiences, brand loyalty, and promoting women in leadership roles.
The recognition stemmed from a dedicated commitment to delivering exceptional F&B experiences by offering unique signature cuisines and services that transcend the ordinary.
Novotel Manila Araneta City aims to craft unforgettable dining and bar experiences by serving innovative dishes that reflect environmental sustainability and seasonal quality, prepared by experienced culinary teams.
Winning the award was a result of the property’s high performance across various criteria, reflecting successful implementation of strategic plans set in the previous year.
Evaluation for the Accor Awards included innovation, reputable performance score, food safety standards, financial achievements, employee engagement, and impactful marketing efforts in the region.

In addition to winning the esteemed title as the Best F&B at the 2023 Accor Asia Awards, Novotel Manila Araneta City was also recognized as a prominent ACCOR brand in the Philippines, securing three important nominations including Best Loyalty Performance and Hotel of the Year, among five key categories.
