Bataan police acting director Col. Romell Velasco on Thursday reported the death of one person due to an accident in Mariveles town.
Based on the report of Mariveles police chief Lt. Col. Emelito dela Cruz, a road accident at Bypass Road, Bgy. Baseco Country, Mariveles, resulted to the death of one and injured two others.
A motorcycle being driven by construction worker Julius M. Grajo Jr., 21, with backriders identified as Jonwyll Domingo, 20, and an unnamed female, all residents of Bgy. Sisiman, were going to Mariveles town proper when it collided with a trailer truck driven by Allan P. Guevarra, 42, of Bgy. Bongabon, Nueva Ecija.
The three victims were rushed to the Mariveles District Hospital where Grajo was declared dead upon arrival while the female backrider sustained head and body injuries and Domingo’s left arm was fractured.
